Ok, it's pointless to have a bike that "can go" to 200 mph. My Stepsister's boyfriend says the fastest he has EVER gone was 180 on his and he said he was coming off the seat, that's how fast it was. He does all that stunting and shit too with the bike, does some fast ass wheelies but... you really don't need that much speed because you will never use it. Who wants to die young anyway?

the 1300cc bike hes talking about is a Hayabusa. The thing is the Hayabusa is made to race, but its also made to be a sport cruiser. because of the higher CC, the bike can do longer trips easier then a 600 or 750, cause it doesn't have to struggle to keep the high speed up.

The 'busa's a drag bike... I've seen people at the track with them, pretty funny. They're also the subject of stupid extended swingarms (for street users)... lowering links, and chrome/custom paint out the ass... they've basically become the ''squid bike'' for street riders. Because they have a huge engine, all the posers picke them up and trick them out, and then sit in gas stations or outside bars and just show them off like they actually know how to ride.
No 600 now days will got 200+ mph, no 1000 today will, unless it's heavily modified with factory race parts... which would throw you +$15,000 in modifications EASILY... and you'll only see those kind of modifications on race bikes, generally people who are either very competitive in the AMA circuit, or are looking to be. (or are fully sponsored - ie factory rides). Anyone who tries to brag about their 600 or 1000 going 200+mph is either full of shit, or a retard who's got his tach set to Kilometers instead of miles. I persssonally have gone ''174 mph'' on my Honda CBR 954RR when I had it... but when you start hitting speeds anywhere above 100mph... your tach goes off... the faster you go, the more your tach is off. In all reality... my tach said 174 mph, but it was probably a little over 150-155. ![]() ![]() ![]() =P
