I was rooting for Texas all the way. Someone had to bring down the Trojans...

And btw does anyone know why Reggie Bush got the Heisman even though Vince Young is f***in amazing?

Ok its a little late...but I didn't really want to post it at Midnight....

haha i was hoping someone here watched the whole game live....

yea reggie really didnt deserve the heisman....at least that game last night he wasnt really up full par. he did have some sweet plays (anyone recall that front flip into the endzone?)

and while i was rooting for southern cal, i had to give it up for vince young...hes the best quarterback ive ever seen in college and i cant wait to see him go pro. chances are green bay will pick him up.

but with a score like that....no matter which team you were for, that was one of the greatest games of football ive ever seen

VY is amazing, in fact without him Texas is not in the NC game at all.
But, Bush is phenomenal himself. Both are Heisman worthy. It basically came down to Bush's 500 yard performance against Fresno.

USC's defense sucked....really bad....I never saw a CB within 5 yards of a TX receiver. Last years USC team would have smoked Texas. But we're not talking about last year.

It's funny how perceptions work. Nearly 300 all purpose yards = not up to par. That right there tells me he's Heisman worthy

But, yeah, definitely a great game. In fact, this was one of the best bowl seasons all around. Not too many blowouts, lots of close games.

that took my thoughts into words....300 yards not being a par for reggie bush certainly does show his talent.....

i mean the man can almost fly....

and VY is definitely my top choice to look out for (as qb) and reggie bush to look for as well (as a RB) in the upcoming football seasons....

and btw, did anyone notice how they put reggie at WR a lot? was that normal for USC? it just kinda stuck out in my head i dont know if that was how they normally ran things or it was just to throw the longhorns off....

They use Bush everywhere, he also goes in motion a ton - when they put him in the slot he is a mismatch for LB's or Nickel Backs.
