Those are bad for your health man. Try to drink lots of water during the day. You'll be surprised. Then slowly try to work your cardio up just by walking or jogging everyday. Start off small. Natural energy feels much better than crashing after those energy drinks.

ya this is old news, i havnt had an energy drink in a whiiile, i just wanted to try as many as i could

buuut i threw all the cans away today lol, i drink green tea, im addicted, it gets expensive

I personally don't crash from those. and they can be a real life saver i find.

i hardly ever drink energy drinks...i cant even remember the last time i did

i usually drink water or juice...i hardly even drink soda

i havent drank any soda in forever... like i only have about 1 cream soda a month. i love water.
