yea frank, u have no idea about beer pong or "beirut" as the preppy kids sometimes call it. heres a set of somewhat universal, always changing rules.

first you need a table...for the dorms sometimes your closet door is better...like so

notice the "1/4 cut up solo cups"on the left? those are my invention, glued down so as not to spill cups when people throw "bullets" and my floor gets gross.
then you need a team like so

most of all you need the drink, like so

now u fill up the cups to the quarter cup line, 2 beers a side usually gets u right there. NO BEER WASTED.
-teams shoot 1v1, eye to eye until some1 makes a shot, the winner of that shot goes first. usually if a winning team stays on, they get first shot.
-each teamate shoots once. if one makes a cup, the other drinks. if both make the cups, other team drinks both, and the balls are sent back.
-bounce shot: depending on the house, the table, and the teams, sometimes your allowed to bounce. if you bounce and score, other team has to drink two cups. however, the other team IS allowed to swat at a bounce shot, so you have to be on ur toes when playin with this rule.

now is where schools and houses and dormrooms get a lil shakey, these are called the "house rules". u dont have to go by them, but some people prefer.

+elbow rule. no elbows over the edge of the table. works well in larger rooms where you have the space, but sometimes its just not plausible. if they shoot with the elbow over, i usually just warn em and say dont do it again. if they keep doin it, and its my house, i make em drink one

- drinking cup. if you make a shot into the cup someones drinking, its game over and the other team has to drink all the beer on the table. if it gets far enough into the night, this is usually done cause the team shooting is completely wasted and misses the cup, and the other team is so wasted and cant pound the cup theyre drinking.

+blowing the ballllls. only girls can blow. so if that ball starts spinnin around the lip of the cup, girls can blow as much as they want to get that ball outta the cup. dudes, if u try this, take ur shirt off and let me pelt you in the chest with a pingpong ball, so u can have the welt/third nipple for the rest of the night for bein a *****.

cant really think of any other lil rules right now...those are the basics. go out, get a 30 rack of the cheapest beer u can get ur hands on, take down ur closet door and post it on u and ur roomates desk chairs, grab 2 sleeves of solo cups from cvs and ur in business.

wow thats got to be the most planned and thought out timely post iv ever seen...and like i said im sure ther are plenty of versions of the game but thats how us pour 17 year old kids play at middle creek high

Its too bad he doesn't go to PC... we would run this school. In the past 4 years, as a team we are roughly 175 wins and 10 losses
