i just downloaded one of those blinds...but how do i apply it to my desktop...i downloaded it and extraced it but it just gives me the option to open each little part of it in photoshop or something...could someone help me out here, i would greatly apreciate it

^^ Did you download "Window Blinds 5"? If you just have the .wba file, I dont think you can get the theme unless you have Window Blinds installed.

well i got it working..created my background and this is what i got...kinda like bay areas but oh well ...
