Suggestions Section

I think yall should make a Suggestions Section, so that people can suggest there ideas to making the site better than it already is. Like suggesting new forums/catorgories.

I might just make a thread sticky in the off topic section rather than create a whole new section. We need a member to make a better header otherwise, I'll have to pay someone to do it, but we don't have much money.

O ok, well that's basically the same as making a new forum plus it does take up as much space.
