She came out of that with a traffic ticket and 6 figure settlement from the state. I would say she got her revenge.

Wow poor women. I feel sorry for some people especially those who havnt done anything like murder. I hope that she did get her revenge

Maybe the fact that she drove another 8 miles before she pulled over was the reason he was upset. I do not think it has anything to do with her being black and him being a "dumb redneck" I am a rural area of Kentucky, so I kind of take offense to someone being called a dumb redneck.

I do feel bad for her, but she got her revenge, don't be so quick to generalize a race like that please. I can promise you a white guy has had the same thing happen to him from black cops, and I am sure a black woman has had that happen to her from black cops as well.

its ok... for the most part people from new england dont really know what the term 'redneck' really means. They just assume that its anyone from the midwest/south. By this logic... OBVIOUSLY all midwestern/southern cops must be rednecks. I mean come on... isn't that like... a prerequisite for being a cop in the midwest/south?

Who says it's discrimination...he never once used a racial slur. There is nothing in the video that even suggests that it was a racial hate crime. The trooper did his job, yes he was a bit over zealous but after following someone for 8 miles on the highway you can never be sure what they are trying to hide. I would have pulled my gun too. It's what they've taught us in the academy. Where he ****ed up was by dragging her out of the car and continuing to use force when she had already complied to his demands. He was fired for politcal reasons...there's no way an 11 year veteran makes mistakes like that without good reason.
