Ahh, I thought he meant when you're mad at halo.
When I'm mad in general I just lay down face first in my bed and blast the most heavy/hardcore music i can find. Usually, Korn, Mudvayne, Slipknot or Hatebreed.

Thanks guys i found my own way to deal with it...
unfortunately i wont be on xbl anymore cause i shot my whole family and sawed off their heads.. well thanks for the advice.. BTW FOR THE TARTS THAT BELIEVED ME ..... JK
