What do u guys do when your upset?

i really just feel like quiting halo im so frustrated and ughhhh.. its just been a long day

When im upset in halo because my opponet only uses camo and in lockout he only uses sniper and i still manages kills. I just leave because i lost to a muttha ****in nooob!@#$@#$@#

Just take a break from it. I felt the same way a loooooong time ago. Then I took a break (about a month). Ive only gotten real upset one time since then... and I ended having to buy a new xbox. It ended up on the other side of the room in a few pieces.

i listen to music sometimes halo 2 just makes me so mad i put on some good rage music on, an just turn off my xbox, or go on msn to vent, or watch tv.

not proud of it but i punch holes in my wall....i think im over that though now.....i just play basketball or halo because i dont really have ne 1 to talk to about my problems

edit: lmfao i dont get mad like this over videogames..... over serious foolishness

when im in that like "burn down a building mood"...i usually just kick back. turn on a movie. be alone for a while.

it really calms you down.

lol...well if I were to get mad or upset when I played halo then I would be the most depressed, angry person in the entire weird. try thinking of it as a GAME and not something that is serious.
