Yes. When I was new to recording, I would always stop recording once I got a sick play. Like I got a cross map stick.. I'd go somewhere relatively safe and turn my CC off and on. Then I could find it later since it would be the end of the file. However, I realized that in some cases I might be able to get another sick nasty play right after. For example, in my newest montage... when it slows down.. imagine if I stopped recording after the quad shot for the triple. Or after that stick for the guy up the lift.. before the next one right after it. All of those kills alone were good, but combined they were great. I always see if I can keep the clip going. Just because you got a play worth saving doesn't mean you should celebrate. See if you can get more first. Then celebrate or whatever. Whether you're going for montage clips or not, you could still blow the game by doing a stick melee.
