Computer HELP!!

when im uploading a streaming video it goes like....1 percent.....5 percent....10 percent...then back down to 2 percent....20 percent..back down to 9 percent.....
whats wrong with my comptuer? does anyone know?

Just let it load. It happens to me also.

Just let it buffer.. It does the exact same thing for me

just let it load it does that to everyone

but if it goes off the loader bar to the left and says -15% loaded then you have a problem

Or if you are danthemanyo and it gets stuck at 69% then there is definatly something wrong.

but like when i do wait for it too fully load..and it starts playing...it skips..and kinda laggs...
