Help with capture card - 08-18-2006, 06:01 PM
Ok as some of you may of noticed from my 2nd montage, my video seems squished. The reason is I play on a widescreen tv and can only record into 720x480. I was wondering if anybody knows of an external capture card or program that will allow capturing into widescreen format. Please help if you can thanks.

lol you wouldn't know what I use. Its actually a tv tuner from dell that I bought with my laptop. it greats great quality but I was running out of room on my comp and had to compress my clips
Anyways I can only use a certain shitty program for it so I'm looking to buy a better capture card but it has to be external |

I know what it is because I have one too...though I lost the cable for component cables. Anyway, try using premiere to capture or getting ati wonder pro external or dazzle 90.
