i want better covenant weapons cuz i mean face it BR > carbine Human sniper > Beam Rifle i want an elite pwnzoring death machine like a....sword that shoots homing lasers that if they hit the gorund multiply or something.....hahahahabut still the sword and plasma pistol are the only covenant things worth picking up! like i said i want a more equal amount of weapons and killing styles.....oh and diff types of melee like neck breaking or knee breaking so they cant walk or shoot the visor so it cracks and u cant see out of it!

you're not playing with any good players if you think 3sk's in h1 are easy. especially since pros dont even tsk all that often, i highly doubt that you're tsking people left and right. if anything action is much faster in h1. you strafe faster, you can actually incorporate ducking into your strafe to make you harder to hit, strategic jumps are actually hard to do, you use a more variety of weapons rather than just five ( 3 of which are power weapons) (br, rocket, snipe, sword, shottie). double melee is actually somewhat difficult to execute... in h1, if you have a good pistol you can drop 2 people in a straight up pistol fight before they can drop you.
h1 is more skill based in almost every sense of the word. the br is so damn slow in terms of how fast you can drop people (unless you're able to two or three shot everytime). the whole reason why h2 requires teamwork is because of this fact alone. you can't kill people with the br quick enough, so you need teammates to help you br someone. in addition you dont have gay lunges for melees that were designed 'to improve melee accuracy for online play', when half the time it misses. er and in h2 MC seems to suffer from tunnel vision, where you can't see anything beyond maybe a 30 degree arc. you forget everything bungie has redone to h2...the patches etc... are all in an effort to make the game MORE LIKE h1. MLG rules are the same thing. they recognized the flawed settings that come default with h2 that make the game weak for competitive play and turned it into a game where teamwork, skill, and timing were issues that needed to be dealt with, like in h1. the only parts of h2 that i think are better over h1 are the improved reticule movement in the vertical direction, the teamwork aspect/map design for 4v4 play, and the fact that there is no off-shots in h2. in addition h2 doesn't suffer from in game lag when a lot of weapons are being fired onscreen. not that this should be a problem with the huge processing power of hte 360. i will agree that h1 is an inferior game to h2 when it comes to 4v4 play, because the map design combined with spawning with 4 nades makes the game extremely chaotic at this point. objective type games are better made combined with the map desgn make them more enjoyable on h2. i really hope that in h3, the skill level is raised, and hopefully a better weapon system (i wouldn't mind seeing the h1 weapon respawn system back in place) so that 2v2 and slayer games wouldn't be so monotonous anymore. the pistol is not a cheap weapon. it was an equalizer. the arguments that MLG players use for why you should spawn with a br are based purely on the fact of how halo 1 was played. |
