Well guys I'm finally done with my Essay if you've got any comments about it please tell me so i can revise it again. I really hope this works im going to show my essay to her after this thread is over.

Gamingvidz essay

There are many reasons why I think I should be able to stay on Gamingvidz(GV). The first reason is that most of us are just a bunch of kids. The second reason is that there are many great forums there. The third reason is even if you won’t let me go to GV I still play with all of these guys on XBL(Xbox Live). GV is a good website where I have many friends at.
Nearly everyone at GV is just teenagers. The oldest person there is Dr. Yuk and he’s thirty. You may believe that people at that site may lie about their age. At GV there is exactly no point in lying about your age. Phalanx started a thread where everyone who is on their regularly gave what their age was: The 'Whats your age?' thread. Phalanx even said if you are going to lie about your age don’t post anything. There are a lot of kids who are my age. At GV everyone is just a kid except for a few people as you can see.
There are a lot of really good threads at GV. One example of a really good thread is Phalanx’s thread on double shots: Is Double-Shot a necessity. This is a good thread because it shows that we talk about Halo2 all of the time. On the forums we mainly just talk about Halo all of the time and we don’t flame at each other. Another good example of a thread is Phalanx’s thread on his trip to Colorado: My trip to Colorado. Also on GV we also talk about some things that happen in our personal lives like Phalanx going to Colorado. In GV we also have bad times sometimes and we are very hurt by something that has happened to us. For example Spaulding007 breaking up with her boyfriend because something happened: Broke up w/ boyfriend. When people at GV are sad we try to make them feel better because that’s what we do we are all good friends that care about each other.
Even if you don’t let me post anything on Gamingvidz.com I just talk to everyone on that website on XBL. For example, I talk to Phalanx, Treason, Gunna, Frank, Ephrum, da acklete, ieatsnot, B3wKiE, Elmo, Fat Tony, Abusedgoat, Bonesawwwww, Sorains, Severed, Calvino, Leakysoup, YoungBull, Global Kid, Spaulding007, Jaynz24, FreaK, QsK Icy, QsK King, other QsK guys, DeXtA, Ey3con, An Uber Noob, Folly, Hoax, Mailman and J Man. Everyone here is a kid except for Phalanx, Ephrum, Da Acklete, Elmo, Calvino, Folly, Abusedgoat and Bonesawwwww and they are only about 20 or older. They are all really good people. Everytime I go onto XBL these guys are my friends. None of these guys want me to leave Gamingvidz. They act exactly how my friends at school act except they don’t swear like my friends at school do.
I realize you do not like me posting stuff there because you think something bad is going to happen to me. I don’t think that anything is going to happen to me. Look at where everyone lives it says it right next to there name. Nobody lives in Washington except for Spaulding007 and she’s a girl. She lives in Seattle but so what nothing is going to happen. The reason I post stuff on GV is because Myspace.com is too dangerous for me. We live in Seattle Mom I have a better chance getting raped and kidnapped just walking down to the park by myself.
There are so many good reasons why you should let me stay at GV. Most of us are kids through the ages of 12-17. Only a few of us are a little bit older. At GV we don’t just chat about Halo we also talk about our personal lives and what has happened to us. We always encourage each other and have fun making fun of each other because that’s what kids do and young adults. If something bad happened we try to make each other feel better. Finally even if you don’t let me post stuff here I still play with these guys on XBL. There all my friends and we all care for each other we are one community. If you can’t see that and you don’t want me to talk to them well that’s your loss mom I’m sorry but it is.

wow trav i got maaaad respect for you....theres only a select few who would put forth the effort to actually compose an essay (which was very thorough for a little kid as yourself) to stay on gamingvidz. determination and a work ethic like you're showing will get you very far in the years ahead of you.

It isn't a bad essay but a mom is a mom. She is just trying to protect you, she isn't trying to do it to keep you from having friends. The only problem I see with this essay is that you are comparing it to xbox live. That can be a problem because then she might think that it is unsafe to play on there. You might just fuel her fire. If you want to stay on here, talk to her in person and show her the benefits and friends that you have found on here.
