considering the only thing they have against her is that she was indeed a guard for them, and that they havent found any proof of malicious attacks against the prisoners, she shouldnt be charged.

hm well its delicate case, i mean on one hand this lady was a nazi, who was probably responsible for at least 1 death in tha past, and well... she was a god damn nazi, but on tha other hand this was over 25 years ago and shes an 83yr old woman, she should be brought up on charges becuz age or not she has commited crimes, but it wouldnt do any good as she is already 83 becuz in prison she wouldnt survive more than a week, there is no useful solution if u think about it seriously

this was well over 25 years ago...try around 60.


anyway, you cant arrest someone on their views. although being a nazi is just twisted and wrong, its their opinion and is sacred. however, all other nazi guards caught after WWII with charged as a war criminal...which is a serious crime. although its been a long time since she has committed the crime, she is still responsible for it, and should be punished according.

and morally, she should just kill herself. how could you marry a holocaust survivor and never tell him...that would completely change their relationship and i have 100% faith behind my opinion that if he knew about her past, he would have dumped her from the start. thats just low and disgusting.

What good will it do to toss her in prison, she is 83. On the other hand how can her crimes go unpunished.

a war criminal, is a war criminal no matter how long ago it happend. Should a serial killer who goes into exile for 50 years not be charged when he gets cought? I dont care when it happend I hope she gets punished to the full extent of the law.

Maybe she didn't tell him because she loved/still loves him? No shit it would have changed their relationship, and yes, he probably would have 'dumped her from the start.' My guess is they loved each other. But guess what? He's dead now, and probably died happy knowing his wife loved him.
