haha sue m$ over xbl. it'd cost you more to file to suit than any damages you'd recover. what'd you sue over? 'pain and suffering from no halo 2'. the most they'd do is refund your subscription to xbl. i dont see what your isp has to do with xbl anyways.

lol and even if you had a legitimate case, do you know what m$'s legal dept is after being sued by the U.S. Government? not to mock you or anything, but i highly doubt some nobody suing them is going to matter.

I don't even think he knows what an ISP is... but good luck with the law suit... and it's honestly not even that hard to go with a new ISP... you just cancel your old one and get new service from a different company... which... I really don't see having anything to do with XBL anyway... (tried not to explain what an ISP is... because it's funnier this way)

A lot of people are compaining about this new update, anyone else got any problems.......

Oh and dont bother sueing, what's the point? You must be preety desperate for some money to sue M$ when they out-dated your service provider? Come on, just change it, no harm done
