What UI is that and where did you get it?

It's a ton of them mixed together lol, all DLed from Curse-Gaming. Interface wise, it's Bongos for the action bars, CT for the black bar (thanks Ven lol), Arch hud for in-combat, and X-Perl UnitFrames for the party...frames.
