70 rouge, nice. I still am having trouble lvl below 30's. I can't stick with one character. I will lvl to a 17 in one day, then I want to make a new char. It's like OCD for me. you can transfer a character from one account to another, as well as from one server to another. The officer in charge of my old guild's bank transfered the bank character to someone else before he transfered servers, so im fairly certain this is possible.

you can, a guildy of mine took his alt off his account and gave it to like his brother in law or something.
