Hacked AGAIN!

well, i got hacked again, i must have a keylogger on my computer. The bad thing about this time is that he got my account BANNED, thats right, banned. As in can't play on it anymore...

I think i am just going to quit.
Blizzard thought that i was sharing my account with people, as a powerleveling service, when my characters and items were being deleted...
This is the email i got from blizzard:

your Password is to be kept confidential at all times and you are solely
responsible for the security of your Password. You may not disclose
your Password to anyone, or allow your Password to be used by anyone

for maintaining the confidentiality of your Password, and you will be
responsible for all uses of your Password, whether or not authorized by
you. Also, note that the security of the Account is your
responsibility. Furthermore, Blizzard Entertainment does not recognize the transfer
of Accounts, and any unauthorized transfer of the World of Warcraft
software (as set forth on the worldofwarcraft.com website) will result in
the permanent deletion of the Account attached to that software. As
such, this World of Warcraft account has now been closed by the Account
Administration staff based on review of the above account infraction
incurred. This action has been taken in accordance with the Terms of Use
(http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html) and our game

recurring subscription on the account has been disabled to prevent further

Lastly, according to the World of Warcraft Terms of Use, to which all
players agree when installing World of Warcraft, Section 5. [Rules of
Conduct], Paragraph C [Rules Related to Game Play] states that you may
not do anything that Blizzard Entertainment considers contrary to the
"essence" of World of Warcraft. This entails access to another World of
Warcraft account, including, but not limited to, the deletion of
items/characters and redistribution of in-game currency or possessions. The
bottom line is that we want World of Warcraft to be a fun and safe
environment for all players. Game Play] states that you may not do anything
that Blizzard Entertainment considers contrary to the "essence" of
World of Warcraft.

That really sucks. Maybe they will realize they were wrong and you can get your account(s) back. I would try emailing them back and telling them what happened.

I would like to respond to being banned by saying that my account has been hacked. If you look in the recent tickets that i have sent in, i have been saying that my account has been hacked and that my gear and gold has been deleted. After i got hacked the first time, yesterday, i changed my password and ran a couple virus scanners for keyloggers and things like that.

Today, I had played World of Warcraft until 5:15 Central time. After 5:15 to 8:15 Central time, I was at a drivers ed class. When I got home and tryed to log onto my account, it said that I had been banned. A couple minutes ago, I asked my friend to help me get rid of things like this on my computer. He showed me a more effective way.

I want to make it clear that I was not sharing my account with anybody. And I think that my account should not be banned for something somebody else has done that is out of my control. I would very much appreciate it if you can understand what I am going through. I play World of Warcraft for enjoyment. And being banned for something that isn't my fault or something I cannot stop is not enjoyable.

Also, i would like to write that my brother's account has been hacked today too, he has had two characters deleted, one on dark iron, and one on Black Dragonflight. The character name on Dark Iron is illbind. His character on Black Dragonflight was Tusenrim. His account name is *******.

I am sorry to say that if you cannot help me with this situation, I will be going to quit playing World of Warcraft.
