Well I want to see what he is getting direct from his modem. Then we can try to focus it where it is needed most. Or whatever.

But if anything, you need to contact your ISP to begin with. If they say everything looks fine, take a screen shot of a speedtest when plugged directly into the modem. And email it to them.

Yea... i'd try it connected directly to your modem first. this will tell you if its ISP related or something to do w/ your network.

Are you some kind of network wizard or something? How much do you shell out a month to get that connection?

I just looked at your connection to. Unless you moved out of Delaware, New York shouldn't be your closest connection....
