i need help!

i wanna show you guys a vid i made that i captured on my computer...the thing is that its a really odd file (a .gzr) and i want to convert it to something else where i could put it on putfile or filefront or somethin...i googled a million times how to convert and found nothing, so could anyone help me out?

maybe Fraps can help you.

try windows media encoder. and if you want a good video capture program for tuts and stuff then pm me. if you want to capture ingame stuff then use fraps.

Try a program called Planet GameCam. Fragger used that when he made his H:CE montages. Google it.
