how and what do u use to capture with?

In wow he use Fraps, in CSS you can use fraps also.
But in css you can write this in the console: "record name"
And when you want to stop you write: "stop record" or something like that.

Btw, CSS isnt much skill, so use AK47, Colt, AWP, Deagle, usp.

those all take skill exept the awp 1 shot snipe in the foot and hes down lol in the last patch they upped the damage u gte from it and its a pretty accurate gun but deagles are kinda hard to use because u can kill 2 people max with 1 clip ak7 they do alot of damage but if there moving its kinda hard but the p20 the gun i was using that thing after 5 shots is just spraying and praying like crazy the only reason i had that was because i picked it up off a dead guy

Okay, you cant spray with ak47. Then the shots will spread like hell, spary with it in close battle. You should burt with it in range, 3-4 shots at the time.
