Resident Evil 4 - 07-29-2006, 11:28 AM

I recently bought the ps2 version of RE4. i have had the gamecube version since it came out, and i must say, the ps2 version is worth picking up.

There is no difference in the graphics, other than some textures, but they are hardly noticable. the game play made a flawless transition from the cube to the ps2, all at the expense of 3 second longer load times. there are so many features in this, way more than the cube. i say all of you go pick this up now. it is a great port from the cube to the ps2. best graphics ive seen on a ps2, best draw distance.

share your opinions here.

PS2 = worst games every, besides maybe GTA but they signed it over to Microsoft
Gamecube = for people with hands the size of an 8 year old

Edit: changing the post count didn't work so I'm just going to leave it for now.*

1st there is alot of good games on PS2 and there's nothing wrong with the cube as a system.
2nd Resi 4 rapes on them both but i prefered the PS2 version because of the extra ada wong story.

It basically just had a longer Assignment Ada mode. And a few new guns. For it being $40 or $50 to pick it up. I would not get it. The gamecube version is better anyway.

i think the gamecube version is better, slightly better textures and the aimin system is way beter for some reason (ie a head shot is a head shot on the cube, whereas on the ps2 it doesnt seem so.....)
