Wow, I figured this out on my own its the easiest glitch ever. Just go up against the side of the box closest to the stairs, peer out to the right and let go of all buttons and thumbsticks on the controller at once, then just walk onto the box, and fall onto the fence and walk on it to the roof. Hit me up to play sometime, im on that game a lot.
