MLG Loophole RB6 Rules?

So I figured I would take a look @ the rules for RB6 @ MLG.. and if you go here:

Well.. I'm just wondering... what can they do if I were to show up with this?

Keyboard and mouse is banned from mlg competition. Although they dont specifically say it in RB6, they do say it in halo. I am sure if you showed up with that you would be DQ'd

If it isn't declared in the R6V Rules, than you HAVE to test MLG. There was a guy over a decade ago who spearfished about 50 Snook in a day. If you know fish, you know a Snook is a sportfish that can NOT be speared. They didn't specifically declare what a sportfish was at the time, so the guy got all the fish and was charged for nothing.
