my 1st sprite

ok so i made my first (or attempted to)

i was satisfied with the background, but then it wasnt enough, and i proceeded to make a horrible sloppy addition(the red and yellow), followed by horrbile text placement/color, i really needed help finishing and was wonderin if u guys could give pointers for this one and future
