Footage Sigs

I'm Helping "Hype" a 1v1 Montage for my friend and he wants to use some kind of clip from the montage like a quick/no scope kill animated into the signature itself. Does anyone know how to do this, or could they point me in the direction of someone who DOES know how to do this, it would be greatly appreciated

use vegas to take screen shots every frame, then open in photoshop, click the animation tab and start posting the pics in the animation
