How do you make a certain area coloured?

I'm confused as to what the question is... you mean like...how did I make his visor a different color? Or...I'm just confused...

Ok get out the lasso tool and select what you want to change the color of. Then go up to layer -> new adjustment layer -> then color balance or Hue. Then just play around with it. That is how I do it anyway.

Yeah, spartan actually put up a tutorial on how to do that a while back...not sure where it is now tho..
