Free Photoshop?

I went on google and searched for photoshop but all i found was like 600$ packs and i cant afford that! So i was wondering if or where i could get one free. Please help.

Either you get it from a friend or illegally, I don't suggest illegally because people track that and then you will either get a letter about not paying or a visit from the cops.

Seriously though, I want to be able to make signatures for myself and anyone else who needs them. I'd really appreciate it.
