How do I make a sig picture visible in my sig?

Help is much appreciated. Here's the Sig I was going to use.

How do I make it always visible, and not a link.

Go into User/CP and to Edit Signature. Above the box you input in is a little picture of a mountain. Click it, it will ask for the URL of your picture. Paste the URL you have right there and click Save and you're done.

its too big regardless, u gotta shrink that shit down. 500px wide is max, and thats still pushin it
