edit instead of posting again:
I use notepad to do everything with my site (coding wise) HTML, CSS, PHP. All with good ol' notepad. And if you missed it, i edited a post a few posts back, kinda hard to miss lol.

DragonSlayer my friend could help you out there he makes templates and he is really good you tell him what to do he will sort it for you ..
