We have decided to change the requirements for GV Elders

good idea FRAiD. i liked the idea of being an elder, but i reasoned to my self that i need to be on here at least a year before i should be an elder. once again good idea!

Very nice change. I remember a few days ago seeing some dude with like 80 posts..and a short join date and he was an elder. Odd?

No, the problem was that anyone who had been 6 more or more was allowed. it wasn't decided on contribution. 1 year makes sense, but since theres... 13?15? people who qualify on top of the 1k posts, and about 12 of them already have are vid, GFX team and mods, so that technically leaves 3 or 4 elders? post count shouldn't even be a factor, it should be WHAT they do at the site.
