We have decided to change the requirements for GV Elders - Page 8

I do agree with the one year thing, but not the 1000 post thing. There are probably people with one or two hundred posts and those posts have more meaning than the half of the posts by someone else that has over 1000.

The majority of the people who have posted over a 1000 times on this site Have sentences that are anywhere from 1-3 words long.

Go into almost all of the threads started on this site, and 9/10 will have quite a few posts in there that are extremely short, have absolutely no point, and don't even belong inside of that thread.

im glad the majority see the sense in the decision and are glad its changed, cause lets be honest, before now elder status wasnt elder status atall, the change was necessary and i think this will work out fine, good job team.....

I completely agree. Having 9/10 active members on the site as elders made no sense

i didnt like the elder thing on my name i prefer the 1000 posts or whatever exc you guys should make it so its like elder and below that like 1000posts that would be sweet
