EpicRed is hosting an FFA tourney. $50 to the winner!

"Well ladies and gents, the time has come. Epicred.com is throwing a Halo 2 free for all tournament. This tournament is open to everyone. There is no entry fee what so ever for this tournament. Although, it is a winner takes all prize. The prize is $50 American. To sign up, go to EpicRed.Com. You will be able to register from now until Wednesday, February 14th. The following day, Thursday, February 15th, players entered in this will receive a clan invite from the Epicred Tourney Clan. This will make it easy to round up everyone for the matches! On Saturday, February 17th, the tournament will begin. Maps and gametypes (most likely all slayer) will be announced three days prior to the starting of the event. Neutral host will be provided to make sure there is complete fairness. Settings will be guaranteed to be MLG, so don't worry. Referees will be on each and every game to make sure all the games are legitimate and fair. For the final round, there might possibly be a video team shooting the match. This will be posted on Epicred.com. Sponsoring for this tournament is all provided by Epicred.com where there are plenty of contest, videos, graphics and more…that is Epicred.com! My GF is visiting next weekend, so I wont be playing any halo. Good luck to those who enter.

One thing that has always irk'd me about online tournies and 'referees/neutral hosts' (1v1 excluded)... is that then there are 9 Players in the party, thus only starting with 1 grenade instead of 2... which drastically changes the game, IMO.

Sure, you can start the game then invite people.. but what if when the invites are sent. it takes one person like 30 more seconds for the game to start than another person. The person who got in faster will have an advantage because he had a head-start on getting weapons/positioning.

I dunno. I just dont think the whole referee/neutral host thing is all its cracked up to be.

Quinn and blades dropped xF to play with Hissing and Omega I do belive lol. I agree PhalanX the referees suck ass I figured though by playing in the online tournys I had to be on their goodside to either get the first invite or to slowly sneak around anyway while waiting for people. Best way to do it.

Anyway Im in it hopefully I plan on taking top 4 depending on who plays or who doesn't. Big goal but Im pretty sure I can do it unless my new found friends join. My god they are good at FFA's. Zer that is if you see this send a friend request to. He might decline but say FFA. I Aric I He is the shiznit and my big competition for the moment. Anyway good luck to anyone.

Omega will be on the main xit team(inside info as it is not confirmed) So we will prolly be in search of one for Charlotte incase anyone is interested.
