New Admin - Silencer

Yes, we went global on this one and are bringing Silencer onto the Admin team. He's offered to help out with the site, and because I'm so busy, that's part of why I hadn't made him a mod before making him an Admin.

So, hopefully the forums can be a little safer from people that are intent on ruining the fun. So be nice to him, because if you don't he'll just ban you

lol, just playing.

But Silencer does have banning priv's
