I think Ephrum and Phalanx should both be admins. Wait is Phalanx already one? Regardless, they are two of the most mature people on the site, and would fulfill the duties extremely well IMO.

You'd know it if I was an admin...

If I was an admin this place would shape up pretty fast. To some that might not be a good thing... but at the same juncture, I wouldn't have any need to harrass people for being idiots. I could just warn them then when they continue to fight with me... BANHAMMER!

Some people would think I'm too strict... but sometimes thats what it takes when the site grows as much as this one has.

However, it is not my decision to make weather or not I become an admin or a mod. But I certianly would not decline the offer.

I personally think both Phalanx and Ephrum we be perfect for admin or mod.

I don't think they need to become admins, but maybe global moderators, moderators who have more power like temperary banhammers and editing sigs and stuff.

FRAid has to set this in place. Slayer should be one. Prehaps Ephrum and Phanlax. Then there would be regular moderators that moderate one part of the website like graphics team handle the graphics section and the vidz team handle the video section. The only difference between the two, the global moderators have more power. The only reason I don't feel we need more admin is because they can change the site around and I feel that it is fine as is.
