I too have an ATI TV Wonder Pro ($50 at Compusa after rebate for those who want to get one.) I am doing everything the same way you did. My only real question is when compressing, after selecting huffyuv, what configuration do you use (if any)?

Are you exporting from VirtualDub? Or what?

If so, just "save segmented .avi"

Yeah, in virtualdub, after you select huffyuv, do you click on configuration, and select anything? Or do you just click ok? and then "save segmented avi" ?

EDIT: Also, HaloGod, what effects in Adobe Premiere Pro did you use? (I downloaded the trial just to mess around with it.) I really like the way you did the zoom in-zoom out thing (or whatever you want to call it lol) with the snipes at the begininning.

Thanks for listing those. I like your montages not just because they have good slaying music and great plays, but also because they seem to play the best on my computer. More people should make their montages that way.

Hey sorry, I didn't see your post, I don't select configuration at all. Just open video file, select in/out points, then compression > huffyuv then simply File > Save Segmented .AVI and you're done.

About my effects for the zoom in. That is just simple key frames (although I told you that in my pm a while ago, just posting it here for benefit of others).

I spent countless hours... well actually I can probably count them, figuring out what works best. If you saw a raw .avi file, it's basically the exact same thing you'd see on your TV, you can't tell the difference that it was recorded...

And that's only using a $50 dollar cap card.

Yeah, you saved me a good few hours customizing every little setting in ATI Multimedia Center.

Was it hell when you tried to install it? Or was that just my problem because I already had a different (newer version) of MMC installed because it came with my video card?
