The Dazzle 150 already has RCA (red, yellow, white) inputs and outputs, so you don't need to buy splitters if you get that one.

EDIT:
HaloGod, what settings do you use when exporting through Adobe Media Encoder?
Can I just hook the usb from the cap card straight into my computer and record???

Nope. Try making a new thread in the tech help forum about it though.

The settings I use for recording with the ATI File player are:

MPEG-2

Deinterlacing Options: De-interlace
NTSC 720x480

P Frames 4 ( The frames should be set at this already)
B Frames 2

Max Bit Rate 10 mbit a second
Target 8 mbit a second
Motion Estimate Quality 100
Audio 224 k a sec
Since you wanted screenshots though:
Step 1
Step 2
Step 3
Step 4
Step 5
Step 6
Step 7

(I was bored)

Most of all the settings are set for the best quality. Yes you can probably tweek them, but you shouldnt really have to change anything. Yes halogod has an awsome picture, but what becomes really time consuming is actually the editing. Just play around with it and see what you like. You might want a different look.
