I want to know in your opion who is the best editor for montages that you know of that will do there work for under 100 dollarsor lower, because im almost finished with my clips and i want to get an editor but i have no idea who is a good editor or not. So if anybody could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

get a trial version of premiere and learn to edit yourself. whats the point of putting out a montage that you didnt edit by yourself? anyone can play halo and get lucky, the clips aren't what make montages enjoyable, its the editing. so dont hire somebody to make you a montage and then call it yours... do it yourself, like frank
