Need video editing program help?

ok i have presto video works and it does fine but on halo2 clips

they do fine till i like add effects or cut them

any help/suggestions?

Most people will say to go get Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere...

Seriously though, I have never heard of the program so I can't be of much help here. You can try shatter studios or some other more dedicated sites if you want, they might know something we don't here.
