You can get the pinnacle at bestbuy. That quality test under it is mine and if you need to know what prgrams to use let me know! I have them and know the settings. I can get them for you too! and it is cheap

ATI's are great don't get me wrong. But me and Profen use the same CC ( Pinnacle 510 USB). 75$ and look at the quality. Granted thats S Vid but that is sik quality.... just sik.
That is as good as it gets...

Damn I hate when people argue cause now I can't decide, I mean your montages are great but that Pinnacle looks beefy lol. It's like comparing Montana to Elway.

Dazzle = NO WAY LOL My concern, like someone said... is that you have to do extra work for getting your clips into vegas, and I don't know the VERY basics of video editing/that kind of stuff. Now I think Quinn/Phalanx/Eph/etc. Montages look great, but I'm not going to lie that Pinnacle looked AMAZING. Did you have to do anything special to get that?

Nothin done special! I used the software that came with the card. And use a program called VirtualDub to cut clips. It is easy and simple. I lately have been using sony vegas to cut clips. Bc I use that to edit. I one program gets two things done. I can teach you easily and give you the programs. The setting are simple to memorize and I will come out with a TuT soon! Ohh there is also a converter that I use that comes in handy also to down size clips. If you want my AIM is oddnumber03. Hit me up
