So which capture card do YOU think has the best quality for under 200$ish.
I'm extremely high maintenance so when I spend 100-200$ I want it to be uber sexpwnage(sp?) The ATI TV Wonder Pro No Link Needed lol The Pinnacle Viewing file: My_Movie_51-1.wmv AverMedia Viewing file: bullet_marsh.wmv Or Other: If other you can post it, PS : I've noticed a lot of these cards are like 50-75$, but I just want to make it clear, if it will make a nice difference, i DO NOT mind spending up to 150$ or something like that. You can watch the samples if you want.

It's MY poll lol, I need opinions. I actually think the pinnacle is nice, although I don't know where to get it/how much it cost

the pinnacle movie box that i got was under $50 and as far as i can tell, the image looks as good as it did on the TV. the only problem is that it comes with a crappy editing program and will only cap to that program (not compatible with adobe/vegas) so you need to cut out your clips in pinnacle then make them into a mpeg/avi and then edit them in adobe/vegas

Oh definatley, I was just wondering if for an extra 50-60$ I could get something better. I'd probably have to hunt down an ATI also, seeing as my store only had a remote version which wasn't worth the $$$.
Also, whatever happened to Dazzles, I remember they were all the rage. Then ATIs came. Is the Dazzle 150 or whatever it was really good? =P

Yeah that was my plan all along, I just came on some money and wondered if I could upgrade.
Yeah I just checked and the only one at my store is the ATI TV WONDER PRO TV REMOTE CONTROL EDTION for 150$, instead of 75$ for the basic setup. Figure for 150 I should try to get something better
