Well.. i bought a pinnacle usb pro cap card and im having trouble setting it up... i dont want to use a input output adapter so if anyone knows how to hook it up from TV to Cap card To Comp. i have 2 sets of double sided male audio video cables . so thx to anyone that could look at this and help. =]

If you have monitor out or display out on your tv then you can use the male to male connectors you have to run it from your tv to the cap card. It's usually easier to just split the signal to both the tv and cap card though, because not a lot of newer tvs have just video out, they all have component out.

If you can't tell from phalanx's picture, you need three y adapters (one female to two male) and two composite cables ( the red yellow white).
You run the audio video out of your xbox into the three y adapters, from there you plug those into the two new composite cables. You then run one composite cable to the tv, and one to the capture card.

I have a question that's along these lines (not at all) so I'll post it here.
Does the quality of your splitters and cables you use to hook up your capture card affect the quality of your video? yours,
