my card costed 50 dollars and the divx ones are like Handheld, HD, HCW, Home Theater Generic, Low Resolution, Real Time TV Capture, and Optimized for HDTV. the time it takes to compress doesnt bother me at all, but do u think that partitioning my harddrives will help me record more video at a time or can u find out from anyone else?
thanks |

Hmm, I think it stopping recording should be somewhere in the settings. I know that for my capture card, I can set how long it records for. Yours might be set to somthing like DVD (4.7GB.) See if there is an option somewhere so you can set it to "Windows Limit."
I don't think partitioning your hard drive would do much though.
