pinnacle problems

so ive been capturing for 2 weeks and then i turn on my comp and run the program studio 10. then i get an error message and the program loads to like 70% then it says problem. so i uninstalled and tried to reinstall but the installation doesnt even starts it just sits there saying configuring download... what do i do ahhh!!! thx for anyone and everyones help

Try using headlight fluid and a lil elbow grease.

Have you tried recording with a different program?
