Okay so when I capture I capture in MPEG 2. The quality is awesome and it works really well, but when I actually make the final project I lose tons of quality. If anyone could help me out that'd be great.

what format are you exporting as? what program? give us more detail.

of coures you're going to lose detail on your final export, because if you didnt montages would be like 700mbs.
