I dunno, I'd take part... but the videos should try to be as "anonymous" as possible... and I think that editing should be left out of the videos, unless it's one of the rules/guidlines for the week's competition. That means, that all of the files should be hosted on either Mythica or Putfile... and that GT's or SN's should be left out of the clip file name.

Last time got a little bit crazy, and everyone knowing who's video was who's probably had something to do with that.

So...like I said... if it could be done more professionally, I'd probably be ok with taking part in the next one, if there were to be a next one

well it definatly looks like we've got more people interested this time. Anybody with a capture card and who is interested PM me or post here. And any ideas people have, as specific or vague, drop em here, and we can go from there.

"Olympics" kills - when the person you get does a backflip off the map, goes flying in the air, or anything else really amusing.
"Candid camera" - funny voice capture in game
superman beatdowns - when you smack someone and either you or he/she goes flyiiiiing. (happened to me last night, and Frank had one in one of his my luck vidz)

other ideas that could help improve those making montages

best syncing (just make a minute long video with music) and the aim is to sync perfectly.
best trailer - make a trailer for a montage (whether its actually going to come out anytime soon doesnt really matter).
new and creative effects - run a sequence of a few kills and bring in a unique effect that isnt used much, or even something brand new. (thisll help us all out in experimenting with combinations of filters, setting up scenes, etc, and will give everyone ideas to put into future videos)


Ive recently made a trailer for a new montage im working on and I really wanna share it, and I know phalanx, amp and ephrum are working on new videos. So maybe a trailer contest could be fun. It could even be joke trailers, not even relating to a montage your working on, just something fun in that nature. Leave some feedback peepz, see if we can get this thing a rollin'

i wont be doing a trailor for this one... i want it to just cvome out.. and i have way too much to work on to do a trailor. you just want to because yours is already done... jerk.

but i'd participate. as for being anonymous... it'd be worth puting some kind of image over the scores (if its an ffa) so you cant see symbols either. this is easy in premeire and vegas, i dont know about wmm

haha yea..pretty much. Yea trailers take a lot of work, so maybe its not such a good idea after all. Plus a lot of people have finals coming up, and the last thing you should be doing is playing halo (but your gonna anyways!)

Yea, I have tests, papers, interviews etc... all on top of trying to finish of my new montage... so, a trailor is not in the mix for me right now
