ok...i got a 160 gig external hard drive...i think that is plenty of storage space...lol. But anyways, I went to capture in Studio that came with my DVC 90, and i see .AVI best and Full DV Quality....well....which one guys? or is there anything else i should capture in?

i would say AVI but im no expert, my capture card only captures in avi so i wouldnt know otherwise lol

I dunno how the DVC 90 works, but I capture in MPEG2 which has given me the best looking captures w/ pretty big file size though.

yeah after looking at my captures they're not actually avi they are mpeg2 its just the virtual dub that makes them avi
