I use a Dazzle 150 and I've got amazing quality. I found a keygen for Pinnacle that unlocked a bunch of codecs and effects. I use mpeg4 format with an amazing screen resolution and 6000 bit rate.

Ok I followed your instructions (except with a composite connection, I will use S-Video) and this is what I got:

The problem is that I have a Britsh TV so when I set my 360 up for NTSC it goes into crap mode. This is where my the quality problem is coming in

Grim, did you have the same problem???
