the dazzle dvc 150 does not require usb 2.0 it is compatible with 1.0 but is best used on a usb 2.0.

yeah, i got my card at compusa for $40, but its just the compusa brand and it works great, and comes with ulead studio 7, which is a bad prog, but atleast it works
